Read one campaign, with its numbers
The only campaign response that carries stats. The list endpoint leaves it out.

bearerAuth campaigns:readAuthorization: Bearer sk_live_.... Keys in the query string or the
request body are refused — a URL is logged by every proxy it passes,
and that is how customer keys leak.
A key carries scopes. A call outside them answers 403 with
insufficient_scope and names the scope it wanted.

Created as a draft. Nothing goes out until you start it.
Change a campaign PATCH
Legal while the campaign is draft, scheduled or paused. A running or finished campaign is refused with request_refused — its dispatch rows already exist, and changing the message underneath them would send something nobody approved.
